Home construction began in 2016, with the first models homes available in 2017, and construction continues through 2019 (and beyond). Lots are heavily treed, but some offer views of Pikes Peak and the Air Force Academy. Within Sanctuary Pointe, you will find mainly single-family homes with some paired-patio homes.

Recreation

Fox Run park is a regional park boasting recreation for the entire family. While the main entrance is less than 2 miles away, you only have to cross Baptist Road to gain access to trails within Fox Run. The park allows hikers, mountain biking and horseback riding on the 4-miles of meandering trails. Gazebos are available to rent for special occasions. Children enjoy the vast areas of lawn and playgrounds within the park. The newest addition is a dog park, the only area in the park where dogs may be off-leash.
