Bent Tree
Monument, COBent Tree is a smaller residential community located approximately 3 miles east of downtown Monument.
The neighborhood name, Bent Tree, comes from a winter phenomenon with the tall and thin trees. During heavy snowfall, these trees would bend over from the weight of the snow… sometimes all the way to the ground. With so many trees almost forming an arch from the snow, the neighborhood was aptly named.

The Bent Tree HOA website has ready access to governing documents for the community.
